The team at Gentle Family Dentistry is very knowledgeable, 'gentile', friendly & welcoming. I made the decision to change to them ~9yrs ago when my employment status changed & I don't want to drive 30 miles to my former practice. I hated having to make the switch as I had been a lifelong patient there, but that feeling quickly changed & I am so glad I did! My hygienist is amazing, considerate & makes the time fly by! Highly recommend Gentle Family Dentistry!

Unfortunately we went to court and they (GFD) won on paper. The fact is that a GFD an employee told me to MY FACE that my insurance was THE BEST SHE HAS EVER SEEN. This is after she contacted my insurance company and told me they GFD is, " IN NETWORK ", with my insurance. She even CONFIRMED this with me. As time went on I was NEVER EVER informed to my face that they are NOT in network with my insurance!!!!! Under these premises from day 1 in 2023 through the Spring of 2024 they GFD------LIED TO ME!!!! Thank God this is over and I sincerely think they owe me a TOTAL APPOLOGY for their actions. My first visit was today , I felt confident with Dr Rakas knowledge. She's a younger Dentist but I feel the younger ones, are up on technology.
