We used a different company who had come to our house twice, a week apart and when our air went out a 3rd time they told use they couldn't come out for almost 2 weeks. We called Hauser and Mike had someone at our house with in an hour. Found the problem (That should have been caught by the other company) got us up and running quickly. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us the bad part and explained everything to us. He stuck around after the air was running to continue checking pressures and levels to make sure that it would continue running. Called on a Sunday night with no hot water, a gas leak, and no clue what to do. Within 20 mins Mike was at my house and had fixed my issues at NO CHARGE! This is top level customer service care. I will never use or recommend another company. If you want experienced dedicated workers, don’t call anywhere else! This is the only company to go to. Thank you! You guys are AMAZING!!!
Called Hauser on a weekend regarding furnace blowing cold air. Responded quickly and immediately knew what the issue was. Quickly made the repairs and was on his way. Highly recommend his service.
