Always have gotten a great hair cut and color. Louise takes her time and does show a lot of care. Even colors my eyebrows, cleans my rings and does a parafin wax treatment on my hands while I wait for my color to set in a massage chair!

When I first went into this salon I was a little annoyed because the stylist was running late with her appointments. She was doing a haircut when I came in for my appointment and she was a few minutes late getting to me. But man oh man did she make up for it by giving me the best haircut I've had in years and recommending a product that I'm in LOVE with and use daily!! It's been months since I've been here and my hair still looks flawless because the stylist took her time and was VERY thorough with my very thick ethnic hair. I have been going to Changing Image for at least 10 years and now my husband and two grandsons go there as well. Louise is very knowledgeable. She knows how to style my hair to perfection and can please the boys with the latest teen styles. She uses quality products and pampers her customers with hot tea and treats. Going to Changing Image is truly a pleasurable experience.
