Prompt and professional service. Matt did a very good job and even showed us where the old tank was leaking. Took the time to explain the warranties and cleaned up the repair area.
Mike was very pleasant, explained what was going on very clearly, and made some minor adjustments. Overall I'm satisfied and relieved it wasn't anything serious. The basic service call fee seems rather high, but that might just be me. I've dealt with AWT before and have been pleased with their professionalism. I just wish 15 minutes didn't cost so much.
My experience with Advanced Water has been great. Brion explained the system and did the water test going over all options. Mike had my conditioner installed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Advanced Water.
