“I came in with a problem on my laptop that had been bothering me for months and within just a couple hours (after I finally got him my charger) Pat was able to diagnose the issue and have a solution. Unfortunately the laptop did die in the repair process but it was a risk he informed me of (liquid metal is terrible) and there was no charge due to the failure. I will trust this shop with all future repairs because he is an honest man who kept me informed through the whole process.”
