Joanne offers pre-piercing numbing, and waits the perfect amount of time before piercing to ensure they dont feel it, and she didnt!!! I would bring my next daughter to Joanne. Offering toys and treats as distraction to ensure proper placement and quality care. Great work and very kind staff in general.“

“Ken and DJ got four of us in (as walk ins) to get tatoos within 24 hours. They're friendly, good people and the shop is comfortable and clean. We each got unique tattoos and all four of us are happy with the high quality work! DJ was thoughtful in designing mine based on some general ideas. Highly recommend! I'll be coming back. :)“
