I recently had my annual eye checkup, and it was fantastic!! I usually see one of the Drs. Carr (yes there are two people) in Tecumseh, but had week ago damaged their building, They called me, yes you read that correctly. THEY CALLED ME to reschedule my appointment for the me to be seen at the Saline location. Talk about customer service!!! The person who called was very apologetic, pleasant, polite, and helpful.

I use a cane to steady my balance and as I was navigating the doors with my cane and purse and phone, I was a clumsy mess. One of the Technicians came over very quickly and helped me get into the building. They then made sure that I was ok, asked what I… read full review

Dr. Walia is an exceptional optometrist with outstanding bedside manner and genuine patience. Every step of my parent's eye exam was explained clearly, and questions were answered without any rush, which made the visit comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring, attentive eye doctor.

Dr. Walia is on time and provided good care and education as to my condition. She made the necessary phone calls right away to get the drops I needed approved by insurance so that I was able to pick up the RX and start the treatment within 2 hours. I Highly recommend her.
