Bill is rude and unprofessional. Even when we were first settling on the job he blew us off and claimed that we asked for things we had not. He even sent me an email telling me to "**** OFF" after I had been nothing but professional. He and his staff are very extending before they get you on the hook, but once you start asking simple questions about how they will get the job done, Bill has a tantrum. Steer clear.

Brick Dr. Bill did a horrible job on our brick pavers. We spent over $1000 having them level and re-sand our back porch pavers. Bill sent out one person who was-on his cell phone the whole time in 90° heat and did the work with his other hand. When my husband called to complain, Bill was very rude and condescending. We are still living with this piss poor job. I can't wait to have a real professional come out to maintain our pavers.
