Adam was excellent! He explained all he was doing and was very personable. If he thought there might be an issue he explained what could possibly happen. He was a joy to work with.Services: Carpet steam cleaning

The technician, Kyle, who came to do the cleanup was great to work with. He arrived shortly after we called to get help with a small flood in our basement. He did a great job of explaining to my wife what needed to ,be done. He worked efficiently and carefully to pull the carpet up where necessary (without damaging the carpet or trim). He brought in fans and a dehumidifier, got those set up and then showed my wife everything he did. He returned on schedule to follow up and showed me what he did and how things had dried up nicely.
