I called at least 6-8 septic companies and Tim from Rattee was the only company to return my call. Not only was he able to schedule me for the next morning he explained why he couldn't come until his truck was dumped Mondaymorning. They were scheduled for 7:30/8am Monday morning, but then had an issue with the truck at the dumping station. Not only did they text me of the issue, he even sent me a video of the issue they had. Once the truck was fixed they were right over and cleaned out my tank and did an inspection of my tank and field. Not only were they super friendly and courteous, he took the time to explain how to help my tank last longer and that I could get away with every 3-4 years instead of every year like another company told me I needed to do. Thank you for your honesty and not trying to take advantage of a customer. Will definitely recommend Rattee septic to any of my friends and neighbors.

Our heat went out, they fixed it. Our furnace is very old and he was able to find the parts that he needed by the next day and had it fixed quickly. They communicated with us every step of the way through phone calls and text. They told us what time they were going to arrive and he was here exactly on time. I would 100% use this company again! 5 star from both me and my husband!
Jarek and his team are fabulous! I have hired Jarek for many different jobs at my home from underground sprinkling system, to lawn care and gravel to my long driveway. He also did the landscaping at my driveway entrance with boulders that looks unbelievable! He is honest and answers and explains any and all questions you may have. He is dependable and does quality work! I highly recommend him and have referred him to many of my friends and family who are equally impressed with his work and knowledge. You will not be disappointed!!

These guys are great. They found quite a few wasp nests for us. They even have a 60 day repeat if needed. We've used them for the last 5 years and do not plan on changing companies.
Great customer service @ this mom&pop type cleaners. They also do minor repairs if you ask. Everything comes back as ordered. They've been in business for awhile & know thier stuff. Highly recommend.
