Dr. Brooks is absolutely kind, loving, and takes his time. I gave 4 stars because the staff is standoffish bordering on rude, both the front desk lady and the one that accompanied Dr. Brooks into the room (she even made a point of loudly sighing and staring at her watch like she was trying to rush him along when he had only been w us for a few minutes). We also waited until 2:47 for our 2:15 appt.

The company was responsive, returned calls, provided a written estimate, and completed the tree removal in a timely manner.Timber's removed several very large trees in close proximity to our residence at a fair rate of compensation.
