I had an issue, called them along with a few other electricians, they were extremely friendly, but another electrician got here first, but they did their best to fit me into their very busy schedule, but I got an earlier call back, but I would definitely recommend, them for their courtesy n willingness to do their best to accommodate, I will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues

I contacted Russell electric and received a follow-up call immediately after. the electrician that I spoke with and made an appointment with was really nice and very understanding. He was on time for my appointment and also fixed my problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company....
