I have a Ausie/Pomsky that I was very nervous taking to a new place after a bad experience at another groomer. The owner talked with me to get a good understanding of what I wanted . I was so pleased when I picked my dog up. Her coat looked beautiful and her groomer did an excellent job .

I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff is at Woofward and highly recommend Julie and her staff. I needed an emergency grooming for a dog we were fostering and Julie was understanding, flexible, and professional. She took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable before starting any treatment and to explain follow up care to me since the dog was new to me. I will definitely be a return customer.
