Based on the reviews, the Lung, Allergy & Sleep Medicine Center offers excellent care compared to other clinics. The doctors are knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. The staff is considerate, wonderful, and kind. One patient feels a doctor literally saved their life. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and patient. The clinic helped with the Medicare process for a sleep study and a new CPAP. There can be a wait for appointments, but it is not unreasonable. Everyone at the center is fabulous.
Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful towards my husbands conditions. It seems like these bad reviews might be fishy. Staff was also considerate and helpful. There was a wait for the appointment, but it was the end of the day and not unreasonable. Would recommend.
The doctors are fantastic but the front office has got to be the worst I've ever experienced. Whenever I call I am left on hold for a long time, hung up on and much more, it's ridiculous to try and get an appointment. Unacceptable
Medicare requires the sleep study to get a new CPAP. Dr. Randhawa and staff helped me through the process. I’m pleased to say that yes I had to spend the night there twice. We are now set up so I just check in once and awhile. I’m very happy to be a patient with Dr R.
