From the very first contact with Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, I knew this was a professional, kind, and deeply caring place—the funeral home I wanted to trust during the worst moment of my life.
I lost my 23‑year‑old daughter in a tragic accident abroad, which made our situation uniquely complex. It required coordination between two funeral homes, international flights, extensive documentation, and tight timelines. From start to finish, Jim was absolutely extraordinary.

Sullivan took care of my loved one (and me) perfectly through the whole process. At every step my loved one was treated respectfully and I was kept informed. The directors were really helpful getting the slide show set up perfectly. The rooms for the visitation and service were elegant and comfortable. At a time of extreme difficulty for me, Sullivan made it easy.
From the 1st phone call, I knew that Sullivan & Son would be the right choice for our family. We met with Allison, who walked with us step-by-step through our decision making. She was compassionate, patient, extremely professional, and just exactly who we needed. Allison was with us from the first meeting to our final good-bye. She was a true blessing to our family.
