Dr. Upchurch and his team are fantastic! Their assessments are thorough and thoughtful - very detail oriented. I appreciate that he continues to investigate new approaches and technology. I'm moving better now and feel greater mobility in the many sporting activities I take part in, as I'm largely doing this as preventive care. I highly recommend Dr. Upchurch and the staff, very accommodating for scheduling as well. I appreciate this office greatly.
I am writing to share my experience in working with Dr. Upchurch.
I met Dr. Upchurch in early April 2025 seeking a consultation for some very difficult issues and pain I was dealing with. I could not raise may arms over my shoulders without experiencing severe pain in my neck and shoulders. I also experienced sever numbness in both hands, 2 fingers and thumb. I had a very difficult time performing normal daily activities and loss of strength in both arms.

I was referred to Dr. Upchurch by a fellow chiropractor after being diagnosed with 2 herniated discs in my neck with severe nerve compression. Dr. Upchurch’s knowledge in spinal traction was crucial in my recovery. I cannot stress how quickly the mechanical traction began to alleviate my nerve pain and encourage healing in my spine. It has been such a major part of what has kept me out of surgery and I am so grateful to have him as part of my care team.
