I had a great experience with Ashley at Ulta! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout my visit. She took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed and went above and beyond by even adding a few gifts for my wife, which was such a thoughtful touch. Excellent customer service and a genuinely kind person thank you, Ashley, for making the experience so enjoyable!

I am writing this review specifically regarding the salon, and my stylist Ryan. He has been my stylist since 2023, and I actually tracked him down after he left a previous salon because he is that good. This is coming from someone who is picky about stylists and has never really stayed loyal to just one. Until Ryan! First of all, he always makes me feel comfortable and heard during appointments. He looks at my specific hair and scalp needs for the appointment and will cater the products used for that.
