I visited Courtney for the first time last week after I pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder area. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I also struggle with chronic inflammation and ankle stiffness from an old injury. My pain was substantially alleviated by the following days. Courtney was incredibly thorough and diligent.
