I visited Courtney for the first time last week after I pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder area. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I also struggle with chronic inflammation and ankle stiffness from an old injury. My pain was substantially alleviated by the following days. Courtney was incredibly thorough and diligent. She has an incredible technique and always checked in about the type of pressure I needed. Her studio environment was incredibly relaxing. This was by far the best massage I’ve ever had and I will be back.

Received my first deep tissue massage last month and decided to make it a monthly must! Courtney was super nice throughout the entire massage, provided bottled water after, and released ALL my knots! Best massage I’ve ever had! I also enjoyed the music she played. I was so comfortable and relaxed, I fell asleep during the massage and slept great that night!

One of the best massages I've had. Courtney is very good at hitting problem areas and applied the perfect pressure for me. Definitely will be a regular. The room is very relaxing and definitely sets a Zen vibe.
