Not going to take any stars away, but this is not acceptable. I work with my hands and I’m in a lot of pain. I was able to get the swelling down by using medicated ointment and witch hazel. This is 3 days later and still bleeding. I feel bad because the guy who did them was very nice and listened to exactly what I wanted, but you need to be more careful. I paid $70 to be in pain for days after my appointment and run the risk of infection. When he cut me like this with the drill, he jabbed his finger in to it in order to “push back the cuticle” can you maybe do that before cutting your client?

Been coming here for like 8 or 9 years, and love this place, they do a great job. I have worked with a handful of full of technicians and all of them are pleasant to interact with, great at doing nails, and just overall give great service. Just really nice atmosphere and I always love how my nails turn out. Thank you

I recommend Royal oak nails to everyone! Incredibly talented techs and a beautiful space. Pedicure, gel, full set of dip with tips, fun designs, this is my go to salon. Absolutely gorgeous work and Tina will make sure you leave happy!!!!
