“I’ve gone here for the last couple months and every time I come it’s AMAZING! I never have to wait and the environment is very relaxed, positive, and fun. Not only this, I came back in after getting my gel nails done a few days prior and some of them were already messed up (my own error) and they graciously fixed them and didn’t even let me tip/pay. 10/10 place, 10/10 staff.“

“Not going to take any stars away, but this is not acceptable. I work with my hands and I’m in a lot of pain. I was able to get the swelling down by using medicated ointment and witch hazel. This is 3 days later and still bleeding. I feel bad because the guy who did them was very nice and listened to exactly what I wanted, but you need to be more careful. I paid $70 to be in pain for days after my appointment and run the risk of infection. When he cut me like this with the drill, he jabbed his finger in to it in order to “push back the cuticle” can you maybe do that before cutting your client?“
