Renaissance Restorations did an excellent job working TOGETHER with me. I now have a second story on my ranch home. Including a Kitchen, Living room, Bedroom, Bathroom & even a Laundry room upstairs. In short, another home! With a project as large as this was, I cannot stress enough how important it is to keep open communication between RR & the customer. Jamie is excellent in keeping in touch. Any issues or concerns I had were addressed immediately. There were a couple of issues, AFTER the last check was cashed. Jamie has taken care of one and is currently working on the other. Renaissance Restoration absolutely puts the client first.
Most companies wanted to rip them out and drywall over everything. Renaissance said, “Nope, we can save this,” and they did. Smooth as glass and not a seam in sight.
