Steve was amazingly knowledgeable, professional and personable. It was my first home inspection and he walked me through everything and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Steve conducted a home inspection and sewer scope for purchasing our first home. As a new homebuyer, Steve did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. He provided us with honest feedback on what would need to be done on the house, the urgency, and what was most important. He also did a great job of expressing the positive aspects of the house and what was reassuring to him as an inspector. Steve was also very friendly and made the inspection more enjoyable. The digital copy of the report with pictures and color-coding made going back to review our to-do list easy!
