Joseph was professional on the phone and in person. He obviously had strong subject matter knowledge and was able to put situations into perspective. He was accurate and considerate in meeting his timing commitments. He was also careful to accurately describe customer costs , trade offs for consideration, correct billing, etc.. Overall we had an excellent experience.
We recently had recessed lights and a bathroom fan put into our home. Like many, we had the afterthought of the potential contaminants that may have been released during the project construction. I immediately Googled asbestos testing so we could be better aware of potential exposure.I read all the reviews for Tri-Tech and called Joe right away. He was able to get out to my home the same day, collected diverse samples, and was helpful in answering all of my questions.
