Great service, problem assessment, and follow up.
The only suggestion I would make is that for very simple fixes that require little time to correct there be a revised billing schedule that is reasonable and fair. My example is that I recently had a service call regarding my kitchen faucet that took 7 minutes to fix. Unfortunately I had to pay $150 which is the minimum 1 hour charge mandated by the company. My feeling is that for simple jobs there must be some revised billing alternative that makes the Customer feel good but preserves the profit margins for the Company. Maybe a different billing approach for long time repeat Customers.
I have had multiple issues fixed by Nelson Brothers, including a leaking toilet and an outdoor water spigot. Each time they have been quick, on time, very nice and professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
