Charged $657.20 to change lock set on front door. I asked for a receipt and he told me to email him the request. I am still waiting. He wanted a check because he said he could not take a credit card.

SCAMMERS. Worst locksmith I have interacted with. I called and was told one price on the phone and then they arrived and told me a different price. Wanted basically over $200 for a standard house lock. I of course said no because that was outrageous and when I called a different REAL locksmith I told him what had happened with KeyMe and they said that they keep hearing about this exact scenario where they low ball you on the phone and then give you an outrageous price when they arrive and they will scam people and then break their lock claiming they couldn't pick it and then charge you even more to replace your lock for you. No work done and they charged $300. My garage was stuck closed. We thought it was the key. It ended up the door was just frozen. They charged my daughter $300 on the spot and only just used his muscle to open the door. This company just out sources locksmiths.
