We had a bedroom/bathroom/walk in closet addition over our garage. All the work was beautiful and done properly. Any issue was addressed quickly and correctly. We added a lot onto the original scope and they handled it efficiently and exceeded our expectations. We are planning a kitchen overhaul in the future and will use Kendall again because of this project.
The crew at Kendall guided us through a pretty harrowing process of a full kitchen remodel as well as an addition including a reimagining of the exterior of our home. Everyone was fantastic through the entire project and really made things as stress free as it can be to rip an entire side of a house off while still living in it. The design crew really does a great job listening to what you like and dont like while also not being afraid to step in and tell you that you are making a terrible mistake by choosing something. This was my second remodel with Kendall Design Build- a full remodel of our kitchen. The team at Kendall listened to all of our needs and interests and the design team worked diligently to make sure that every detail was addressed and that it was the beautiful space we were waiting for. Their trades were on time, professional and are true craftsman. Their project manager, Shay was communicative and kept us aware of everything that was happening. We received weekly updates, regular walk through and the project finished ahead of schedule and on budget.
