Full condo renovation: 2 bed, 2 bath, kitchen, living room. Communication was good. Work was good. All construction has issues but it is about how a company handles those issues. Some companies try to hide them or fight you about them. If something was not right, Kendall fixed it without an argument. The design team made process quick and easy. They understood my goals and suggested certain finishes accordingly, which made the design phase really pleasant. Overall, a bit expensive and took a long time to complete but their project management saved a lot of my time and stress. They even dealt directly with my condo association board. We worked with Kendall Design + Build for a complete renovation of our basement. The project was over 1400 sqft., with a bar/kitchen, full bath, electric fireplace and tiled surround, game-room and movie area. We are beyond thrilled. Our designer, Emily, made our wishes come to life. Her taste was perfect and she helped us narrow down options, to make our choices easy and the outcome is everything that we hoped for. Their crew was great, and really paid attention to detail. We are so pleased and love our new space.

We just completed a full kitchen and bath remodel with Kendall on our hundred-year-old house and could not be happier with the results. Terri has assembled a team where it seems like every tradesperson (and there were a lot of them involved here) holds themselves to very high standards of workmanship and reliability. We're especially in love with our tilework and stone countertop/backsplash, both of which came out more gorgeous than we could have imagined.
