Crystal was amazing! My 9 month old Pomsky can be quite a difficult dog to work with. She is super friendly and loves people but come at her with a brush and you are now her sworn enemy. (Like many husky mixes, she also likes to sing the song of her people and is very dramatic.) Crystal took my dog's attitude and was able to work with her to get her whole groom done. My girl has never looked (or smelled) this good! I'm so thankful for her professionalism and kindness with my sassy little girl!

Nandi at the West Bloomfield location is fabulous with our standard poodle. Her calm energy is exactly what our sensitive boy needs, he comes home clean and handsome after his time with her. Nikki the owner is fabulous, her customer service is top notch to always make sure clients stay satisfied and keep coming back.

I have been bringing my dog Chase to Exclusive since it opened and I have always had an amazing experience. They really take their time and take good care of your pet.
My dog loves Nikki, she is always so sweet and gentle with him. He always looks so adorable when I pick him up!
