I had such an eye opening and pleasurable experience with Detroit Build. First you speak with the very knowledgeable Victoria as she helps you organize your wants and needs. She plays an integral role as she diligently records notes and brings attention to the smallest of details. A true talent. Once that’s discussed you set an appointment to meet the dream team as I affectionately referred to them. They’re going to accomplish your goals through what’s called “value added engineering” ensuring that your homes equity continues to grow long past the projects completion. This portion is lead by the Detroit Build Owner Founder Seabrook. A straight shooter revered for his honesty with a penchant for durability, creativity, and quality. You’ll find comfort in knowing that each project has a project manager. George was warm knowledgeable and didn’t miss an opportunity to add his years of expertise at every turn. I was met at my potential home in a timely fashion by Victoria, Seabrook, and George. You’ll find solace in knowing that your project may have a project manager depending on its size. My project just so happened to be a 3,188 sqft. 1908 home. A massive undertaking. I instantly felt at ease as George my project manager was warm knowledgeable and didn’t miss an opportunity to add his years of expertise at every turn. Together we perused through each section of the home thoroughly. This portion of the discovery also included the exterior to evaluate cost as well has the heart of the home. The basement. This was one of the most exciting parts as you’re able to glean years of knowledge from some industry leading experts in Detroits metro area. I absolutely cannot wait to continue the journey with DETROIT BUILD!!
