Terrible experience. 5 minute late policy on our original appt which was odd because we were just outside the door, I was waiting for my husband to finish a call, so we had to come back. But I understand policy but wish that was mentioned at booking as we drove an hour and were in the parking lot 30 minutes early. (Proof of quantity over quality) Not friendly service. Original girl wore a mask and had facial piercings which our kid was scared of, she didn’t seem polite or understanding when we asked to switch. Then we got Jessica she was rushed, seems like they want to turn’em here, quantity over quality. She asked how short hair cut we want and we explained it was our first one and didn’t know options, I asked what they usually did and she just jumped right into “little boys hair cut” with the guard with no explanation of options or hair style choices. She was rude and upset with our 11 month old for moving, outlashing her frustration onto the parents and saying we’re at fault for not holding him down tight enough. Extremely rushed, not a calming atmosphere. Chunks of his hair looks like he has “steps” in it, when she took off the cape she didn’t inspect and there’s random long pieces underneath , she scraped behind his ear. The store seemed dirty and mismanaged. Will post photos of the hair, but need to first find someone to fix for our birthday photoshoot… smh wish I never came here.

Wonderful first hair cut experience! The slide inside the lobby helped ease my daughter in, watching Mickey was a win and she was so proud of her first haircut with Ms. Lexy! A balloon and lollipop ended the experience positively as well. We will be back!

Had a wonderful experience, we walked in with my daughter and even though they were busy, they were still able to fit us in. I would recommend making an appointment before coming. My daughter struggles with getting her hair cut in the past. The Lady was very helpful and observant to my daughter’s needs. Wish I could remember our hair dresser name but over all, great staff and environment. Looking forward to our next hair cut😊

Had a great experience for my son’s first haircut. He loved the fancy car chair and played with the balloon he got for hours. The “first haircut” package came with a cute photo / certification as well. Highly recommend!

My daughter is 20 months and this was her first haircut. My daughter hated the whole thing, but the stylist was kind and understanding. Offering toys, a hair bow, and even Mickey Mouse playing on a laptop in front of her. They my daughter a balloon on the way out and days later she still loves it. They cater to children well and we will be back in the future

Thank you so much for a good first experience for my child who is on the spectrum . Jessica was my son’s cutter . She was patient and through and tended to my sons needs even when he began to he overstimulated! Although when it got to the small clippers he doesn’t do so well but did his best they even offered to come back to touch it up ! Usually i’m able to to touch up when he is sleeping ! Thank you will be back to try again some time
