Dr. David Sinawi is simply the BEST chiropractor in Michigan. Not only is he a good chiropractor, but one of the nicest people I've come across. Highly recommend the Complete Spine & Joint Center.

I had such a wonderful experience at Dr. David Sinawi’s office. From the moment we walked in, the office itself was beautiful and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted us right away and took excellent care of us — kind, efficient, and genuinely friendly.
Meeting Dr. Sinawi was just as impressive. He is extremely professional with an awesome personality that immediately puts you at ease. He really listened, took the time to understand what was going on, and explained everything clearly.
The adjustment was amazing — I’m already feeling better, which says so much. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their healing.
