Mill arrived within 30 minutes of my call (non-emergency)! He was prompt, polite, and patient with my questions. My two curious dogs were treated well. He diagnosed the problem quickly and AC was back to cooling within an hour of his arrival and included a full inspection with advisement for the future. Thermostat needed a wire rerouted.
