It's been a while since I had the carpets cleaned, due to the pandemic. ChemDry of Oakland exceeded my expectations! There were a few stains I wasn't able to manage on my own, I thought I'd just have to live with them but Bryon was able to take care of all of them. My carpets look outstanding. They are in better shape than they were from the 2 previous carpet cleanings. He was very professional and personable. He communicated very well before hand as well. I would highly recommend his services.Services: Pet stain & odor removal
