I had an excellent experience with Bryon and would call him again in an instant. I needed a used area rug cleaned - he showed up at my house so I didn't have to haul it! He was responsive, professional, on time, and provided a great service at a fair price. He was also a generally nice guy and easy to talk with. Seems like a hard-working, honest business owner, and I love to support that however I can.
Bryon came in with a great attitude, he cleaned our building which was over 7,000 sq ft! He kept us updated, and we were happy to stay in the loop during the process! He got out some pretty big grease stains and made it seem easy!!
We have used Chem-Dry of Oakland twice now. For a sofa twice and all of our carpets. Bryon is very professional and kind. He did a great job and sofa/carpets looked new! Very quick too! Highly recommend!
