Took my camper in for brake work last week before I left town for a long weekend. They called me the next day and explained in detail the work which was needed, the reason why it was needed and the cost of the repair. When I returned home on Monday I received a call advising the camper was ready to be picked with all work done at the price quoted. Seriously blown away by how much they have in parts, and in stock... Walked out with everything I needed and everything I was assuming I'd have to find online. Good Mom-Pop private biz.

My husband and we're there today for a water system fitting. Went to General RV, waste of time and a few other plumbing stores. The lady at the counter was more than willing to try to help even though they didn't have the exact part. A man came up and between the two of them they figured out an alternative to what we had. We rented a crimping tool from them which was great and came home and my husband fixed it better than new!! Would highly recommend!! It was so nice to be heard rather than brushed aside saying "don't have it" like other places. Thank you again Palco!! Dan & Debbie Gibbons
