This business repaired my Lincoln after I was hit in the back. They stayed in excellent communication with me while waiting for parts and completing the repair. I was having issues with my key fobs and ask if they could assist. I had one key fob replaced and one fixed. This business stood behind their work when I had a problem. This family business cares about their customers and it shows. I will use this company again and refer them to family and friends.

Ryan and the staff at Butler's collision are so helpful. They did amazing work on my 2021 Ford edge after I was in a rear-end collision. They were very kind, fast, and detail oriented. They did way more than I expected.

From the time I walked into Butlers Collision to the time I left, I felt respected and well taken care of. The price was very reasonable for what I needed done and the timing was fantastic. They had it back to me the very same day. My family and I took a trip to Georgia to meet up with my parents who were having their 60th wedding anniversary. We stopped off in DC and on our way back we had to do an emergency stop and open the automatic trunk. The wind must have caught hold of the trunk because when we went to close it it would not close.
