“Amadio and his team are amazing!!! Started off the project messaging him from Angie’s list. He called back immediately and was over to see the job scope that same day! He worked so well with me after he quoted and the job completely changed because of city requirements for my specific job. He and his team were extremely knowledgeable and offered great ideas and executed them! Unfortunately for us he was fixing a previous contractor’s poor job on the patio. He understood how much we paid and tried hard not to make us pay for anything we didn’t need but still fixed it and made it right!! Prep work was impressive and they even came back and put down grass seed, soil and hay on worked over areas! I could have had a little more communication on what to expect and when, but that could be because I’m female and we talk too much. ? When all was said and done my patience and their hard work paid off!!!!! It looks amazing and seeing all the prep work, I know it will last a lifetime! ?“

“We had a Congoleum floor installed in June of 2020. This floor required grout; I picked the floor. Between 2020 and 2021 we had Pro Quality flooring out a couple of times to fix some grout and other defects, all done at no charge. Finally in the fall of 2022 I contacted Fred at Pro Quality to tell him the floor tile had developed some defects and sent him photo's. Fred reached out to Congoleum who in turn replaced our floor with another of their products. As this new floor was more expensive, I was only charged the difference in the cost from the original floor and not charged for labor. Thank you Fred for your patience, integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs.“

“Another company installed unfinished hardwood to the existing floor. After they sanded and stained the floor, there was unevenness along two walls, a high hump above the load-bearing beam, along with installing bad pieces of wood and the bdrm transition piece. Someone told me they thought the entire floor needed to be ripped out.

Brian from Floormaster came and assessed the job, and I was told he and his team could work with it and make a difference. It’s exactly what they did! They smoothed out the trenches along the walls, reduced the high hump area and it’s no longer noticeable, along with replacing bad pieces of wood. Oh how I wish I had known about them from the beginning. I can only tell you about the GREAT experience I had with Brian, and his team. I’m MOST GRATEFUL for the fine SERVICE they provided.
