Read every review, after my experience here i can confidently say pretty much all the bad reviews are unreasonable. I had a great experience, Greg my salesman was awesome, the other employees were awesome we talked about heavy metal for about 20 minutes. I bought some discontinued flooring on sale, and luckily their auburn hills location isnt far from the Clinton township location, only a 25minute drive which is where my transition pieces were. Glad I had to drive to auburn hills because i patched their entire parking lot in november and got to look at my work!!

Highly recommend this floor store. We stopped in the store 7/15/23. Amanda assisted us she was very helpful I showed Amanda a picture of our kitchen floor and wanted to match the floor as close as possible for our front area, she picked a floor color and transition that matched perfect she wasn’t only kind , helpful, attentive and professional, most of all she knows her job. she’s a valuable employee. I hope she gets a raise.

We recently bought some vinyl flooring from this store. Nick was very helpful with the whole process. Was able to pre purchase and pick up later. After installing our floor we had overage in our floor, the return process was a very easy. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for new floor options.
