Mr. Joe came to survey my place because I want to get the squeaks removed from the floor. After checking the basement, he advised that the floor was laid improperly and that I would need to include a subfloor as the joists and the planking were running the same way. . I appreciate his advice and recommendation to try to deal with the squeaks as the replacement of the floor is way out of my budget at this time.
I offered to pay for his time with me and he respectfully refused. He gets 5 Stars for his professionalism, knowledge, integrity and yes his “coolness”. He is a really good guy that cares and that’s not out to get you. I have Mr Joe’s number locked in my phone! .”
