She is an excellent trainer, teacher of pole fitness and tricks. I absolutely love that it challenges my body to be stronger with every single class attended. The class helps me feel balance far as strength on both sides of my body. I love it and recommend it to anyone who wants to challenge their body.

I'm having such a great time with PoleFit and Beginner Pole! The fitness classes really help you prepare for pole work. Precious is so inviting and warm and really makes you feel welcome!

Precious was the absolute best! Very professional and friendly she made us feel so comfortable she was very interactive with the group. From the time of booking to the day we arrived at the studio I knew we would have a great time!! Everything was perfect
