Aptitude Fitness + Yoga

I’ve been a member of Aptitude for one year. I started with participating in yoga, and love the different varieties and fantastic instructors (Rachel, Cat, Therese, Sarah and Caitlin) and of all the yoga classes offered. Now, weekly, I join in other classes. I love the challenge of cardio with Abby & Therese, barre with Sarah and Caitlin, mat Pilates with Sarah. Aptitude is such a unique studio that offers so much variety. What I like most is the energetic members and instructors who all help create such a positive place to workout and meet people in the community.

Aptitude is an amazing space for individuals to push themselves at their own tempo through their fitness journey alongside a supportive group of people. I’ve loved my time at Aptitude!

I love this fitness + yoga studio and what is happening here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and they offer great variety in their classes and programs with flexible times. I also love the re-use of a cool building with wood floors. We moved from the other side of the state a few years ago, and I was sad to leave my long-time yoga/fitness community. Then Covid hit. It's taken me time to get back on my fitness plan, and I've tried a few other places, but no matter how sporadically I participate, I always feel welcome and at ease.
