I LOVE this studio. For years I drove by, thinking it was out of my price range and silly me, I didn’t even bother to look up the prices. The place is huge and beautiful, the teachers are exceptional, each one with their own style of teaching so you have many options, not just on the yoga style but the teaching as well. About the cost, especially for the location, the cost per class is very affordable even if you don’t get the bigger packages. They offer a one time special to all new students that beats every other studio/gym for the value you get. If you register for a class and you cancel, even last minute, you don’t get charged. I've been attending classes at Updog for over a decade now and got my certification as a yoga instructor through Updog's teacher training. My experience through teacher training was the best time of my life! It was the first time in my life where the physical practice became spiritual and I learned just how much knowledge goes into teaching a yoga class. Every instructor has a deep understanding of yoga that they impart to every student and their expertise can be found nowhere else. Almost all of the instructors here have been teaching for many years, mastered every certification, and know all there is to know about the practice.

If you learn yoga with Jill ,Tracy , Carol , Shay ,Tina and Sandy youll learn yoga the way it's meant to be.
Other studios are Aerobic Studios ...I know I switched them went right back to Up Dog in Rochester or Sterling Hgts
