Excellent experience. I tried Synergy after 2 other agencies. They treat their workers well and are responsive. Our nurse was a delight.I wish I'd found this agency sooner:)Fantastic experience.
I called Synergy in a panic looking for an emergency solution for my mother who is suffering from Alzheimer's. Jerry Sowick, president, returned my call promptly and was able to find someone to sit with my mom for two evening with little notice. Anita was on time, kind, experienced in dealing with her situation, friendly, and demonstrated genuine concern for my mother. She was terrific. Jerry followed up personally, billing was accurate, and our emergency was resolved. Great company. Great people. An A+ experience.
We are very pleased with the excellent care that we received from Synergy Home Care of Rochester. Jerry Sowick (President) responded immediately to our request and then followed up by phone, several times before the surgery date. We felt confident that we would have the care we needed and Synergy did not disappoint. Mary, our caregiver, was wonderful. She arrived on time, was professional, and so kind.
