Dr. Jill stands out from all of those others and excels in her profession. I learned from her what a Doctor of physical therapy is capable of and I learned hope again. Her intelligence, willingness and ability to accommodate her practice for the 'lost causes', and her bedside manner are second to none (and I've been around the PT block). She is able to strike a deft balance between following protocol and making intuitive adjustments. She is smart, caring, a whiz at identification and documentation, and eager to coordinate care. “I have been seeing John since he was at the old location. He helped me get through 2 knee surgeries and currently helping me recover from cervical radiculopathy. Pain was so bad it was preventing me from working. Over the past month, with help from John and Doug, I am now able to work and the numbness in my left arm and hand is reducing after every visit. “I switched over to Mike Leither at Activo as my physical therapy was progressing very slowly after a bad leg injury. My treatment at Activo was phenomenal - focused, varied, and personally tailored to both my injury and particular pain points. Mike helped me transition from using two crutches to comfortably moving (pain-free) with no crutches in an extremely short amount of time. He is extremely thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable, and he was able to provide me with a variety of home exercises that complemented the focused and hands-on treatment I received at Activo. “I had physical therapy for my shoulder, neck and arm in which was in such severe pain for two months. I couldn’t pick my arm up at all. I had to use my other arm to pick it up… My cardiologist suggested physical therapy because another specialist said it was frozen shoulder and it was either surgery or steroid shots. I opted for the physical therapy where I met mr D and let me tell you in the evaluation he knew exactly where everything was. He said here, here, here, here, here here and was pointing with his finger onto my shoulder neck arm, and he was right at the pressure points that were giving me this intense severe pain to where I couldn’t even sleep at night…It was not frozen shoulder…now granite I have a lot of illnesses and issues, but he worked through them. I can take my arm and raise it straight up now into a circle and use it and I have slept the last six weeks every night without any pain at all. I do still have some soreness and I have to do these 10 minutes of exercises every day. Of course the heat from the shower helps Temporarily n heating pad, but I’m not taking the Motrin with the Tylenol, As I was three times a day…. this man worked this mass of tightness n severe pain right out of the muscle right out of the tension areas. I feel real good and you don’t know until you allow a professional who knows what they’re doing to do it. The results are just exceptional. I couldn’t be more thankful. I’m 74. No machines were used except the little electrical current… the deep massage that he gave was the ultimate and he was very gentle …explains everything as you’re going through it ….I. I must admit this man knows exactly what he’s doing and how to fix it .. His knowledge goes beyond expertise thank you, Mr. D.“
