We had an electrical issue beyond my comfort level. Ben Kruger came out, found the issue (improper installation in a metal box that caused a short), and was able to fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Great job, Ben!
I am a returning customer of Saturn Electric and have used them for both electrical wiring repairs and for installation of outdoor lights and outdoor electrical outlets. They provided excellent service, which was especially appreciated when an electrical circuit in my house failed and they came on a short notice. Brad dedicated time and effort until he solved the puzzle of the failed circuit. He is always extremely nice and pleasant. Their price appears to be high, but it is comparable to other similar electrical services. I would certainly use them again.
Ben arrived on time. He explained in detail what he would do. He was very efficient, professional & thorough! He installed two ceiling fans & installed electrical wiring box in both ceilings where there were no previous fixtures. He left everything immaculately clean. I would highly recommend him for your electrical work.
