Showed up on time, upsold us on a home surge protector and replaced a breaker. Post-Covid prices are through the roof as everything nowadays is $1,000. He forgot to turn breaker back on for our hot tub but we discovered not long after he left.
I didn't end up using Saturn for my EV Charger install but thought I'd at least give my thoughts on the intial process. First off, staff was great. The woman who helped set up appointment was super friendly. The electrician who came out to give estimate was a really good guy. The reason(s) I'm giving 4 stars are for the following: $79 charge just to have electrician out to give quote. I thought maybe it could be rolled into cost of job if you used them but no, it's just a charge for estimate. Second was that I was informed there would be a 3% surcharge if I paid with credit. Saturn Electric team is great to work with. Debbie handled all communication, scheduling, and logistics including follow-up and permit verification. Cameron & Team did a great job with all the projects at the house at a fair price. Will use again. Thank you Ron. Great working with your team.
