First time client and all I can do now is rave about this business. The shop was clean and the service was quick. Tiffany did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable while passing the time easily with fruitful conversations, not dulling small talk. I will definitely be returning! 5 stars, shout out to Tiffany for doing a great job & being patient while I figured out the entrance is in back (not off Main St) with free parking. Such an outgoing, vibrant, & funny lady!The wax did NOT irritate my skin!!! Yassss!!! I'm usually bright red & this was an excellent outcome... no redness!! I've tried Ulta & European wax, this is by far the best!!Brows look clean and fresh... & buh bye mustache! I will definitely be back!!!

I love this place! ME Beauty is affordable, professional, spotlessly clean, and on the small side. I mention the latter because I like to get personal waxing done without the entire city of Rochester knowing that I'm there. The smallness/boutique-ness of the salon also adds to a relaxing climate for newbies, which I used to be. If waxing can be pain-free, and I don't think it can, this esthetician can make it so. Expert, confident hands made some prviate areas as smooth as my two-year-old's bottom :) Did I mention it was affordable? I had no wait, was constantly checked in with ("Is this okay?" "Are you okay?" "Do you want a break?"), felt totally pampered and take care of, and had some money left when I was done. I can't recommend enough.

This was my first time getting waxed and the establishment was nice and clean. Being someone who has never tried waxing before, Tiffany was very professional, polite and did an incredible job. I will definitely be going back.

Tiffany is an incredible woman who values your safety and time. Walking in was a blissful atmosphere that automatically makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Not only that but she did an excellent job with the waxing procedure that was extremely clean and easy. If I could give this place more stars I absolutely would. Overall 11/10 experience, will for sure be looking forward to coming back!

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a waxer! I would highly recommend this place. Very clean and friendly environment. Tiffany was quick and very professional. She made me feel comfortable right away. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

First off I would like to say this is my first time getting a wax EVER.. I am from the area and saw she was a black entrepreneur and I wanted to support all black and beautiful businesses. HOWEVER I had an appointment at 10am and there was a traffic jam that made me less than 10 minutes late for my appointment and I had trouble finding the building since it was small. Once I did I called to make sure I was able to go in for my appointment and the owner tells me I have to reschedule because I am late and there is another client that showed up.. there was nothing in the website that said she would cancel an appointment if we were late. Now I understand if I was 20-30 minutes late for my appointment but it took me 5 minutes to even look for the address in which a decent human would or understand after I repeated apologized and pleaded with her to still take my appointment. If your going to charge someone a 100$ service you can at least hear them out and not be a typical “black” woman with an attitude. Please do better if your going to promote your business.
