We wound up with a nice looking website, but it has issues and Brand Labs refuses to stand behind their work. Since we didn't catch these issues ( ugly navagition buttons that didn't work with the rest of the design, broken search, and other small issues ) immediately they now refuse to fix it. Instead, they are offering to research the issues for $300 and then charge us $150 hourly from there.
Our website launch was a nightmare as well. The website was not functioning most of the day and we lost many sales. This was a very stressful day. They didn't have the redirects taken care of either so we had a lot of broken links in google... read full review
