All was well this time. Our 4th time here I believe. We had an appointment for my son, he is sick again and the appointment was set for 6:30, we sat in the waiting room for about 40 minutes then in the back room for another 30 we are just leaving at 7:55pm. But care was great.
Stepped on a root or something while I was gardening. Whatever it was pierced my shoe and punctured my foot. But the staff was so wonderful and took care of me. No one talked down to me or made me feel worse. Everyone was kind gentle and affirming. I really appreciate having an urgent care so close and so willing to go above and beyond. Not only was my foot taken care of, but my emotional trauma too.
10/10. Quick and efficient. I’ve gone to a different location in Lapeer but this one was close and open. Took me back on Mother’s Day without waiting no longer than 10 mins. They really care about you here.
