Technician Casey came to my home on 8/21/26. He quickly diagnosed my A/C problem and replaced the problem part. He was very personable and gave me tips and answered all my questions about keeping my system running smoothly. He didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need like a new hvac system. I read many reviews on different hvac companies downriver. Lucky's had many good reviews and they will be my go to for hvac issues.
My furnace quit working so I called Luckys at 12:30pm and Alex (their very nice and professional tech) was at my home at 1:00pm. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and my furnace is working great now! Also, their office employee Shayna was super personable and very helpful. 10/10!!
I have had great experiences with Lucky's. A few years ago they replaced my furnace and modified the ductwork for a more efficient system. They did good work at a good price. Today they came out on a Sunday to repair my AC compressor. They were done within an hour and the AC was working again.
